We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unopened, and in its original sealed box and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
